A bed in a twin room in Ibis Hotel Dunkerque from February 15th till February 21th, included breakfast.

If you play in the 8th international rapid tournament on Saturday, February 22th, you also get the night of Friday 21.

L’Echiquier Cappellois will send you an answer as soon as possible.

Accomodation : 

L'Echiquier Cappellois will take care of your accommodation in a Twin Room (2 Single beds, including breakfasts) at IBIS Hotel, located in Dunkirk, 13 rue du Leughenaer.

Participants are expected to arrive at the hotel on Saturday 15 February from 12am and leave on last day by 12am. Meals (Lunch and dinner) are not included in our offer. You’ll share the room. In case of absence of one of the player, the organization reserves the right of modifying of the room arrangement. 

On Saturday 15 february, players must confirm their arrival in one of the following ways:
- In person at the venue before 13am.
- By signing the attendance sheet at the hotel reception before 12am.

From hotel to venue, you can take your own vehicle (15 min.) or public transportation (10mn walk and 15mn of transportation by bus, Line number C6). 

Informations :

Players must not agree a draw in under 20 moves without the consent of the arbiter.

Players arriving 30 minutes or more after the start of a round shall lose, unless the arbiter decides otherwise.

It will be possible to get a bye. It is absolutely necessary to inform the referee before the end of the preceding round. 

Ties are resolved first by the truncated buchholz (sum of adjusted scores of opponents minus two lower), by rating performance and then by buchholz. If there is a tie the first 12 prizes in the general classification are shared according to the Hort system. Other prizes are not shared. A player cannot win more than one prize. The definitive list of prizes will be displayed from round 7 at the latest. The organizer's decision on the award of prizes is final.

Prizes will only be awarded to players who attend the closing ceremony.

The Palais des Arts and its area of ​​more than 1600 square meters allows us to welcome you and implement all the measures that will guarantee the safety of participants. Failure to comply with health measures will result in immediate exclusion from the tournament.

In the event of cancellation of the tournament for health reasons, the city of Cappelle la Grande and L'Echiquier Cappellois will not be required to reimburse any costs incurred, apart from registration for the tournament.
